Our Vision
There was a time when communities weren’t simply a collection of homes. They were extended families. The old. The young. The starry-eyed kids just starting out. All of them, sharing in the life and vitality of the community. Each learning from the other.
Like a series of bridges, communities spanned the gulf between age groups and backgrounds. And everyone was a little bit richer for it.
Today, within sight of one of the Southland’s greatest bridges, a similar community is taking shape. We call it Ponte Vista. Ponte, for the Vincent Thomas Bridge. And Vista, not simply for our view of it, but for a vision of a better way of life.
