Ponte Vista will provide residences for seniors, first time buyers and luxury homes in a wonderful community setting. There will be some 1,950 townhomes and condominiums, with a degree of traffic planning that makes it feel like there are half that number. Roughly 40% of the residences will be reserved for people age 55 and better.
